Welcome to Blue Star Imaging's Patient Portal 
From the Portal, you will be able to: 
  • See your scheduled appointments and exam history
  • Review/edit your personal information and maintain responsible party (patient’s legal guardian) details
  • Receive notifications
  • Maintain your Portal preferences: setup contact methods, security questions, and password settings


  Requesting an Account  
When accessing Blue Star Imaging's Patient Portal, you have two options: 
  1. In the Member Sign In area to the left, enter the user name and password one of our Patient Care Coordinators provided to you.

  2. Click on New to the Portal?  Request an account, then enter your personal information to request a new account.
Note:  A valid email address is required to setup your portal account.  You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved.
